It's nice it comes with so many grip stuff but the material doesn't seem durable. However, It is nice and easy to use and the only reason am giving it a 4/5 because of durability, the plastic is not heavy..Hard material... Other than that everything good. I start using the ball it came with and I noticed a huge difference in the strength of my fingers a wrist immediately. Much more intense than I thought it would be! Quality is good, nothing has broke so far. The little finger grip is lowkey not the greatest quality, but it works and that’s what is important. It’s a little large for my hands, but it’s not unbearable. None of these really adjust except for the trigger grip. I figured as much but if you get to the max on everything it’ll be pretty annoying and won’t work. Everything is silent so you can use these while at your office, in school, or elsewhere. Read more
