Love these things. Great supplement/accessory piece for your at home gym. The bands are sturdy and the weight range is perfect for many different exercises. Currently using them for tricep push downs and lat work plus this back rehab routine I do for a lingering injury. These work perfectly for my needs. Great purchase love the attachment and the quality seems to be great. Only problem I have is that my black band came stuck together for some reason causing it to have tears and rips when pulling apart. It sucks I wonโt be able to use it but out of fear of it snapping and injuring someone Iโll just have to toss it. Read more
