This is my second camera from this company. I have another one for my Lexus that I've been using for 4 years and counting, it is still working wonderfully. OEM look and fit, easy installation, and does the job of a dashcam perfectly. You basically forget it's there, and even people who are familiar with the car do not realize it's a non OEM part at first glance. Unfortunately for this one, I picked the wrong color when prompted by CS rep confirming my order. I thought my interior matched closer to the silver color, but it is actually beige. Upon realizing my mistake, I reached out to CS and they very kindly send me the correct color casing again free of charge. I had to basically disassemble and reassemble the camera myself to switch the casing, but it was a relatively simple job. No complaints whatsoever, 5 star! --Update Jan 2025-- The camera unfortunately developed an issue after using it for over half a year. But their support was quick to respond and stood behind their 1 year warranty. Replacement unit was shipped out quickly after initial contact and troubleshooting, very impressed by their responsiveness outside of Amazon. My other unit in my Lexus is still going strong after 5 years as of this update (knocking on wood), so I probably just got unlucky with this one. Given the good post sale response, I will definitely continue to buy their dashcams as I upgrade my vehicles in the future. Read more

I was really impressed with how well integrated it looks. More aftermarket products should look like this and work this well. Once installed you can't tell that it's there. It took about 15 minutes to install after watching the install video twice. It was initially a little tough to get one of the existing pieces of plastic off the Mercedes installed unit, and I was trying to be careful not to break something. Finally I had to give it a little more force and it came off. I connected the two wires (no crimping or wire cutting), and it fired right up and is working really well. Read more

tldr is this thing is great and easy to use/install! I have a 2020 GLE450 and am very pleased with how this looks! First the design accommodates the existing camera that is standard on all newer Mercs and the dash cam portion comes down just below it by about 2 inches. Second, the installation was insanely easy, took less than 10 minutes to take the old cover off, connect the wire as instructed, and put everything back on. Also the app is pretty good, it doesn’t have all the bells and whistles that my old blackvue did but it does the job and makes saving the clips super easy. My only gripe, and it is a small one that is just a personal preference is I wish there was an option to turn the indicator lights off or at the very least make them solid instead of flashing. It’s no big deal in the end and tbh I can probably just cover them with a small piece of masking tape since I have the tan interior. Read more
