I tried creatine 3 times during my competitive years and got no result. This was probably due to the unbelievable amount of food I was eating at the time, I was probably getting enough from my diet to marginalize the effect of supplementation. I just assumed at the time I was a non responder. I tried this about a year ago and I could actually feel it working as crazy as that sounds. I have been using it ever since. I dry scoop it in the morning with a cup of tea because I never found these products to mix well anyway. If you like trying to keep sand in suspension in a liquid then go for it but I prefer to just get the unpleasantry out of the way. It has little taste and like I said is a bit sandy in texture. Do it how you like but it works and thats all that matters.
