First of all, let me say I already owned two other Hip Bands so I really didn’t need this set of Hip Bands, but the deal offered was too good to pass up. With that said this did allow me the opportunity to compare this set to my other two bands and possibly fill in the huge gap between my resistance levels (Very High & Light) They are well made, comfortable bands, you don’t have to worry about them rolling up, pinching the skin while using them. I believe each band can serve a purpose regardless of your strength level. You can use each band with various exercises individually or create a progressive circuit by advancing to the next resistance level after #reps with a move. update: March 2019 These bands continue to impress me with their durability, comfort and versatility having three available. Some days I use these simplying for warming up my hips, glutes, legs before doing some cardio or HIIT workout such as Insanity or Turbofire. These can amp up a leg day in many ways even if it’s just light band while using weights you will feel the difference immediately. Read more
