I use my mat for yoga, pilates and other workouts. The mat was packaged good there was no smell when I opened it. I was impressed with the thickness of this mat, it was way thicker and longer then I thought it would be, A plus side it's also light to carry even being thick. Great product and even better price! Easy roll up and put on the Velcro straps to carry, super convenient. I had my doubts but I bought it anyways and I am happy I did because you can't beat the price. I have had mats that gave hardly any support and is uncomfortable to workout on, working out is already a struggle but this mat makes it easier on your body and more comfortable for you and your workout. It's easy to clean and/or wipe down. Stays in place you don't slide. Like alot of people, I was scrambling to assemble some kind of home gym in the wake of the pandemic. It was really hard to find a good, affordable yoga mat, especially for me, who wanted something thick and cushy, but I was lucky enough to snag this one. I use it for strength training, core work, and barre workouts (I don't actually do yoga lol) but it's been great for everything that I've used it for. It is thick and very long, so there's plenty of space to stretch out and it is good padding from the floor. Even after workouts, it's comfortable enough that I can happily sit on it for a while. I have sensitive knees, and am able to do kneeling moves on the mat without extra padding. I also found that it was sturdy and doesn't slip around. It did have a smell when I first unwrapped it, but I spread it outside overnight as soon as I got it, and it had completely aired out by the next day. The mat I believe would be really good for Yoga. It is comfortable, really soft. It has good length. I am 5'08'' and when I lie on it, it has more length left. Not too wide, around 2 ft. I bought the red colour, because it was the only one available at that time, but I really liked the colour when I got the mat in my hand. I really like the stitching on the side. It is good for yoga, but I do not know about work outs though. I some times use it for push up, but for work outs like mountain climbing, where there is too much friction, i was not brave enough to do it on the mat as it is soft and do not know if it would last long if I do so. It is thick enough and it is not slippery, but it is not tough for work outs. At least it doesn't look like it to me. Other than that it is a really good mat. I bought it seeing the reviews and I have to say for Yoga this is a really good mat, but for work outs, I am not sure. Read more

I ordered this mat because I was looking for more support for my home workouts. I have another thick mat that I have been using for over a year, but it is a bit spongy. I wanted to find one with the same thickness, but more density. I received this one very fast after ordering. I used it right away for stretching and was shocked at how supportive it was on my knees. It also does not slip! My other one slips a bit so I have to be careful stepping on and off. This one does not budge once it is rolled out on the floor. I do a lot of stretching and pilates and needed something to support my knees and hips. This is an excellent mat at such a great price ($21)! Read more
