Very good for beginners and seinors
I just started my fitness journey at 67 years old and am adding weight training to my walking regimen. I know from personal experience that jumping into a routine with too much weight can severely discourage people and potentially cause injury. The lightest weights in the set are good for starting out and with 3 different weights to choose from it is possible to choose different ones for different exercises as not to over do things. For people of a certain age such as myself or people with injuries/disabilities these are manageable. The stand is nice to store the weights without taking up much space. The quality is good and the price is reasonable. Read more

The media could not be loaded. The weights came just as pictured and are great quality! The colors are exactly as pictured as well! I love the bright vivid colors!
