Pros: Strong vibrations, three different modes and I really like that the remote is on a "slap bracelet" so you can quickly put it on your wrist leaving my hands free or hook it on a shelf so it doesn't get misplaced. I haven’t used all the extras like the resistance bands and the hand things. I have had this well over 6 months. I bought it because I was helping an older person with balance exercises and in the process realized how horrible I was getting with my balance! This shocked me so I decided to do something about it. I use the auto programs. It actually has helped my balance and I can’t say for certain but I think it tightened up some skin that was getting loose under my chin (added bonus). I started using it everyday and it seemed to help my knee stiffness from pickleball. I was surprised my husband started to use this as well. I don’t use it everyday anymore (although I should) but I do use it often. It’s not like most exercise things I buy, this is not something collecting dust. I purchased the 4D model. I was afraid it would be flimsy, but it is actually quite heavy and sturdy. It seems to have all the features of the more well-known brands, such as a curved surface and multiple modes, but at a more affordable price. I found several vibration plate playlists on youtube that have helped me get acquainted with the many ways the plate can be utilized. I'm happy with my purchase and using it almost daily. Read more
