When I did my search I requested to look for a 2 1/8" diameter replacement glass top for a stove top coffee perculator. This item fits perfectly on my 1930's antique aluminum coffee percolator. I have 2 of them and I have ordered a second one for the other. These are family pieces and I like to keep them going with everyday use. Read more

I measured and ordered the appropriate replacement size for my vintage Revere Ware coffee pot. However, it DOES NOT FIT. There is a raised lip on the underside of the lid and the metal ring that comes with the replacement top does not fit over it. Therefore it slides off and sits to one side. This causes the glass perc top to sit crooked and the water to perc up and run off to one side only, soaking one side of the coffee grounds. So if you have a vintage Revere Ware pot with a raised rim on the underside around the opening, this will not sit right over it. Someone else mentioned they charge a $5.00 restocking fee, and someone else said you have to pay for return postage, which is more than what I paid for the top, so I guess I’m stuck with it. NOTE: Also, I received a TOPS brand replacement made in China. Nowhere on the package does it say Fitz-All even though it is described as a Fitz-All brand. Very disappointed. Read more

I needed a top to replace one on a vintage Revere Ware perculator. These work well and I expect to get years of use out of it. I did have to reshape the retainer ring a bit to get it to sit evenly under the rim. Basically I gingerly tapped it with a hammer to get the right shape. These are about the only option available for those great old Revere Ware perculators. Read more

This is the brand and size revere ware recommends. My vintage revereware percolator requires the full 2.5 inches to seat properly. The glass part is fine. The metal base is just a little too small to seat properly. It kind of works if this is all you can get, but it is not a good fit and kind of tilts when trying to use it. I found a NOS vintage fitz-all and it worked perfectly. This one just went into a drawer - I suppose I will make my own metal piece if ever need another replacement. Suspect the new fitz-all use metric vice inches on the measurements which is not what my coffee pot required. If you don't need the full 2.5 inches, the fitz-all is probably fine. Read more

I have a very old, 3 cup revereware pot. Unfortunately I dropped the lid and the glass knob which had 2 "wings" on the side to hold it to the lid broke off. So I ordered this. It works great! Frankly, better than the original which frequently leaked a bit at the knob. So not only can I brew with the pot again, it no longer leaks. Thanks for offering a great product. Read more
