I needed an indoor sleeping bag for a bed in a cold room and this was beyond perfect!!! It keeps me warm and I don’t get too hot in it. It’s just right. Glad I got the 6lb bag. Truly 100% satisfied with this. And if I needed another one I’d buy it! Lol Read more

Really like these bags (ordered 2- one was supposed to be left handed zip, it was not- reason for 4 stars). They are roomy and the zipper glides smoothly without the bag getting stuck- packs up easily as well & come with travel bag to pack in so the sleeping bag itself isn’t touching everything in the back of your truck. Would say light to mid weight (not an expert on this)- I don’t think they’d be great for freezing temps alone. Read more

Overall this is a well-constructed sleeping bag but at close to 7 lbs there's no way you would want to be lugging this thing around hiking even short distances. It's so heavy and it's also enormous even when you have it in its stuff sack so this would definitely be for use where you don't have to be carrying any gear around even for short distances. Would make a good home guest bed set up if you don't want to deal with sheets and blankets, or in a car camping situation in moderate weather. I have several sleeping bags, almost all of which are for backpacking so they are not only extremely lightweight and well-made, they're also extremely warm, especially my four season bags. I got this one primarily as a backup bag to have for home use for overnight guests or to toss into my truck on extended drives as a just in case use. It doesn't have any chemical smell at all which I was a bit concerned about when I first opened it up but there's no toxic odor coming from it even though it's made almost completely out of Synthetics and polyester. I can't figure out what the inner stuffing material is but the outside is 210t polyester and the inside lining is a not-so-soft flannel cotton. It does seem to be 100% cotton as claimed although it's not a very soft cotton flannel. The bag itself has a good amount of very dense stuffing in it so it will provide a good amount of padding even on a hard surface. I haven't tested it for warmth yet although they claim that the Comfort level is as low as 50° Fahrenheit which is a little bit on the high end for what would be classified as a three season bag. As long as you don't buy this with the expectation of carrying it around with you on any kind of extended treks, I think it's a good value. At the current price point of $70, it seems like a fair price for what you get. If you do plan on doing any backpacking, definitely invest your money in a better more lightweight compact bag. I was trying to get some pictures of it to share but it's so huge I could barely fit it in the frame of my phone camera when outside of its sack. LOL It's over a foot in diameter inside it's stuff sack so it's definitely a monster of a sleeping bag! Oh and one nice feature is that they have an inner flap on the inside of the zipper so if you are using it in outdoor environments, you won't have wind blowing in through the closed zipper because the flannel covered, padded inner flap prevents the wind from coming in through the zipper. That's a nice feature that a lot of less expensive car camping bags do not have. Read more

At this price point, you really can't find a much better sleeping bag. It's not your high end extreme weather sleeping bag you might get from a big outfitter but it's perfectly fine for us fair weather part time campers. I'm 6' 2", 200 pounds, and I fit very comfortably inside this bag. It's a little wider than other sleeping bags I've tried so it gives me a little more wiggle room when I want to turn over. I wear a size 12 shoe and my feet are not cramped or squished down when I'm on my back. The inner lining material is really comfortable against the skin, but the flannel feels more like that cheap discount store flannel shirt than a high quality specialty store flannel shirt. I personally like that it does not have the extra material on the end that the pillow lies on top of. The description says 3-4 seasons. I don't know where their seasons are, but I would not trust this bag for survival in really cold temperatures. If I was sleeping in sweat pants and sweat shirt, I might try it as low as the upper 20s but otherwise I prefer to use this one when it's no lower than 40. But then again I really really don't like the cold and I like to be warm when I sleep so exact comfort range is going to be a personal preference. Overall it's a pretty nice sleeping bag. Read more

This is a nice sleeping bag. It is good quality bag and a reasonable price. I like how it comes with its own case to keep the sleeping bag clean. The case has cinch straps on the side, so you can really compress this if needed and a drawstring on the top. The zipper can be unzipped from the bottom or the top and at the very top it has a Velcro closing to cover the metal zipper pull. This arrived compressed in a vacuum sealed bag and immediately took shape once released from that bag. The sleeping bag is warm however I will not be testing it out in extreme weather as I will only need it mostly for indoors when we have guests or for a summer camping. I cannot speak for its performance for very cold weather. Read more
