LOVE these! I've never used ear plugs before, so I had nothing to compare it to. I had big expectations though. My apt. building and bedroom window faces the elementary school bus. I just moved here in the winter, when the windows were shut and I didn't hear any sounds. Once spring hit, I was woken every single morning by screaming children (why do kids scream?) and then by a "gang" of four mothers who stayed out there and chatted 15-20 minutes after their kids leave. LOUD chatter. I put these in and voila, no screaming kids or annoying parents. :) I've been using these for almost two weeks. I've woken a couple of times and heard the kids but it's dim, and it's very easy for me to fall back to sleep, unlike without them. I don't hear the parents at all. And my sleep has become restful. I hadn't realized how many times I woke in the night before these. They're very easily to insert. Just flatten, bend in half and slide them in. One of the first nights, I sat in the TV light while inserting them. My fan was going. The sound on the TV was not. I held my fingers gently over the plugs, as the instructions say, and waited for them to return to shape (from being flattened). I wasn't focused on them, thinking of other things. All of a sudden, my fan stopped. But it hadn't. I still felt the breeze and saw the green light on. That's when I realized how wonderful these things work. :) I highly recommend them for people trying to drown out the edges of annoying noise. I can still hear the cat bellow, but it's distant. I sleep with a CPAP machine, and when I take it off my face, in the morning, I can't hear the sound of the air gushing out. These are amazing. LOVE them. Oh, and I haven't had any issues with them falling out. I sleep on my side and my back, turning back and forth several times a night. They're super comfortable too. Buy them! Read more

I’ve wasted a whole lot of money over the last decade on ways to cancel sound for sleep. I’m an exceptionally light sleeper who requires white noise and ear plugs for any hope of sleep. For many years I used the soft, moldable type that are made for swimming. You create a seal on the ear rather than put them inside. They’re hands down the best for noise cancellation. However, they’re not made for sleeping/long hours of use because they make your ear canal sweat. That in itself is awful to wake up to (multiple times in the night) but it also makes them stop sticking/sealing- very frustrating in the middle of the night. I tried literally every other type I could find and nothing stayed in my ear and cancelled out the sound well enough so I dealt with the frustration year after year. Eventually I got desperate and bought a $400 gadget that’s similar to listening to music with earbuds but they’re made for sleep and play sleep sounds. It was an expensive piece of garbage that never worked right (requires internet connection and connecting to an app that rarely worked). I gave it one last shot of searching for a solution and found these. I had very little hope because of how many ear plugs were a complete waste of money for me. But behold....they are fat enough to stay put and cancel out enough noise (as long as my white noise is also on), and no waking up to wet/sweaty ear canals! I’ve been using them for 8 months now. You can reuse them over and over. I haven’t had to throw any away. I’m just now buying more because I’ve lost some. (I have two toddlers who get into everything). But I’m so relieved to have found something that fully works for my sleep issues...and you can’t beat the price! Read more

Best sleeping ear plus for small shallow ears! They block nearly all noise for a comfortable night's sleep. They are comfortable, I can sleep in them all night without pain from something being in my ears for 8+ hours, and I can side sleep as well. I've tried the same company's "sleep" ear plugs, but they are a little too narrow and don't block noise. These "super sleep" are the way to go! Read more

I was looking for foam ear plugs to block sound while I sleep. I ordered about 5 different kinds (various companies, lengths, sound blocking ratings). I found more traditionally sized ear plugs really hurt my ears, and were so long that it hurt to sleep on my side. These are PERFECT for my ears...the foam is a little softer so it does not hurt my ear canal when fully expanded, and these are shorter so that they do not bother me when sleeping on my side. The sound blocking is not as extreme as some of the others, but at the same time I really cannot hear anything when wearing them (snoring, the tv, and even my alarm). These are perfect for me, and I would recommend them for anyone else who has more narrow and shorter ear canals. Read more

I tried several ear plugs in my search for the right ones. I was looking for something that I could sleep with to block out snorers on the Camino, and also screaming babies on the plane. I didn't want to use Bluetooth/electronic devices. I tried the flent quiet time plugs and they are phenomenal! Hower, only for short time periods. After two hours of sleep, they hurt. Tried loops, nope I could hear nearly everything. Tried macks slim fit, far too small and no sound blocked. These fit perfectly. I can wear them during sleep and they block most sound. As one reviewer noted they are to be worn behind the tragus of the ear. My initial concern was that they would be too small and get stuck in my ear, however, I do hit a point where they stop going in and leaves about 2 mm outside the ear to grab. If you're concerned about this, simply be mindful of how far you slip them in your ear and keep your fingers outside your ear canal .They're absolutely perfect! Read more
