Its corner-oriented layout is particularly helpful for maximizing floor space in a smaller room while maintaining distinct zones for different tasks. The assembly process is straightforward, though the desktop pieces are quite heavy and best managed by two people. Additionally, the integrated drawer is shallower than I anticipated.
