So I’ve tried a few kinesiology tapes and have been frustrated as they come off in the pool within 30 min of my workout. I read many of the reviews and decided to try this tape. I bought the black. I found that NONE of these tapes work well unless you do the following: When I cut pieces, I always round the corners. I make sure my skin is clean and dry with no lotions. Try not to touch the tape with your fingers at all. Do not attach and then reattach and expect it to work once it is wet-it won’t. The tape works best if done at least 1 hour before getting in the pool. I have found that the tape doesn’t really adhere well to itself in water so if you can avoid overlapping the tape that is ideal. I bought the continuous roll and have not had any problems with fraying. It really is hypoallergenic! No rash from the adhesive which was what happened before with other tapes. So this is good for sensitive skin. I broke some toes this summer and found I really didn’t like the waterproof J&J tape- so I started using this and it works quite well. I love that it stretches and breathes so I can tape toes together without problems between my toes. In general, I found I could overlap the taping on my toes as long as the beginning and ends were connected to skin. You use your toes a lot to swim so most of the time, after two 2hr workouts, I would need to replace the tape. But it flexes and moves as you try and walk and so I feel it’s much better for broken toes than the inflexible white, waterproof tape. With something like a shoulder or ankle, I could tape and it would stay put at least three days of constantly getting wet 2 hr swim workouts, twice a day plus showers. If I found the tape wasn’t sticking it was because I really didn’t follow one of the above rules very well. So this is now my favorite tape and I hope they don’t change anything! Read more

I bought the nude, non-cut tape. I highly recommend buying the non-cut tape, as the pre-cut was never the length I needed, but the length may work for you. This product is great though. I have tried many brands of tape, including the highly recommended KT tape, but none have work as well as this. This tape had the adhesion and durability that I need. I use it on my ankle and knee for pain. Other brands peeled off with sweat, or in the shower. If I got my previous tapes to last 2 days, that was good. Flex U's tape lasted me 5 days, and on the 5 day it was still working well, I just pulled it off to let my skin breathe. It lasted through exercising, sweating, working, and showering. There was minimal fraying and minor peeling on the last day, but it was peeling on my foot so I assume it was more from taking socks and shoes on/off rather than the tape failing. I have been recommending this tape to everyone I know who uses tape. I will never change from this brand. Read more
Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE this tape. It’s the first tape I’ve been able to find that actually stays on for more than one day BUT this tape will tear your skin off. Not to the point where you’re bleeding or anything but it definitely tears a thin layer off. And this is not just dead skin sitting on the surface. I thought it was the first time I took it off so I used a body scrub and scrubbed the crap out of my arm and even shaved but it STILL tears my skin. It’s not a huge problem for me but just thought I would put a psa out there. Read more
While recovering from a knee injury, I tried a single roll of this tape (along with a few other brands) to help support my knee. I really liked the covered tube packaging of the FlexU Tape, as it keeps the roll neat and clean. The FlexU Tape was easy to apply and stayed on for as long as I needed, but I had to discontinue use, as it caused a mild rash on my skin. That being said, I do seem to be sensitive to adhesives in general, as I also have experienced allergic reactions with other brands. I also found the FlexU Tape to have a strong odor that was off-putting while applying but dissipated after wearing for a few hours. Read more

I have used this tape for a few years now. It stretches nicely to provide support wherever needed. I first learned of this tape from my physical therapist while he was treating me for plantar fasciitis. He was using it on my foot as part of the treatment. I also like that it doesn’t come off after showering. I can leave it on for a few days. I’m very satisfied with this tape and have purchased several rolls. Read more
I have purchased this product for years and I know I’ve left 5 star ratings! This arrival and the recent previous order the tape is different! I could tell but I thought I’d give it two shots before writing. I have sensitive skin and it always had great adhesive with no problems!! It is super hard to remove, leaves my skin red and irritated for 12 hours!! I have adhesive residue on my skin! I had to buy a soap with emollient content to wash it off! I can’t use this tape anymore. Tried to find a way to contact seller but could not. So, I’m writing to let you know to beware and consider another tape. I sure will! Read more
I've tried a TON of kinesiology tapes from name brand to copycats. Some stick well but none have impressed me...until now! This tape is great! It stays on through sweat, showers (yes, multiple), and all kinds of activity. It's also a great price. Has been the only tape I buy for some time now and it's simply the best! Read more
