I followed the instructions and mixed the Collagen/Biotin powder with 8oz of cold water. The powder integrated fairly well into the water, but there were some globules floating at the top which I broke up with a spoon. The flavor is pretty good (Pomegranate/red fruit) - a hint of tart along with quite a bit of sweetness - and it was easy to drink. I did get a little aftertaste from the Stevia though. Generally, the collagen peptides I’ve tried usually need to be mixed with something in order to be palatable. Usually I mix mine in with my coffee in the morning. For this powder, the pomegranate flavor helps mask the gelatin flavor, but I still get a little taste of it. I think if I were to use this long-term, it would be best integrated into a smoothie. Looking at the ingredients, organic coconut sugar is #1, but it also contains steviol glycosides. One scoop is about 50 calories. It provides 9g of protein, 3g of carbs, 2g of sugars. The Biotin is 1000mcg. There are about 26 scoops in the bag, so about a month's supply. I’ve been using it now for about a week and a half, so it's too early to be able to report any noticeable results (from the Biotin). Overall, I like the fact that the pomegranate flavor mostly cancels out the gelatin flavor. If adding to a smoothie, it would add a nice flavor kick along with sweetness. Read more

Pros: The flavor is actually great, which is a relief because some collagen powders can have a weird aftertaste. It dissolves well into my coffee without leaving any gritty texture or clumps at the bottom. I’ve definitely noticed that my nails feel stronger since I started using it. Cons: The container only has 26 servings, so it doesn't quite last a full month if you take it every day. I usually don't like to get powder supplements, as it can be a hassle to deal with. However, it's been very easy to add this to water or yogurt. Afer a little bit of mixing, all the powder seems to have successfully dissolved. The taste of pomegranate is very suble and not too sweet. There's plenty of healthy vitamins and minerals in it. It's a good size bag, so it's also good value. The powder seems to be working as my hair seems stronger and skin seems younger. I would definitely recommend it. Read more
