I use this daily. I mix the oil with a lighter carrier oil, in my hands then put on my body. I have been using for about 6 months straight. My skin looks amazing. I have seen some wrinkles disappear. I do see a change in the deep forehead wrinkles. My skin looks clear, and brighter. I have seen sun spots and age spots disappear. I have used the packs for knee issues, cramps, and joint pain. It makes my skin soft, especially when I wear it as a moisturizer when I sleep. This bottle is a great size especially for the price point.
