What an absolutely gorgeous addition, and perfect splash of color for any small room. This ceiling light is truly beautiful. When I opened the box that it came in, I was so excited to see that it is even prettier in person. If you’ve installed other ceiling lights before, you won’t find the installation of this to be any more difficult really. The instructions are fairly clear, but you just might want to double check a few things online if you’re unsure or completely new to installing things like this. Having two people is going to make it a lot easier, as well as a bit quicker. I chose this as a light from one of our bathrooms. And I’m so glad I did! It’s the perfect amount of light for a moderately sized bathroom, and gives this absolutely gorgeous vintage flair. It immediately catches the eye regardless of your other decor. It just says “look at me!“. And when people do look at it, it makes it worth it. Even up close this is very pretty. While installing it, I just couldn’t stop thinking about it, and I was very excited to see what it looked like when I was all done. For the last few days, this is actually been a big bragging point for me and I have been showing anyone who will come in my home. LoL now when it came on my decision about whether the cost of this is in line with the value, I did it by comparing it in my head to ceiling light shopping I had done at a major retailer. At this particular retailer, I could’ve seen this particular light go for double what it costs here. I feel very confident in saying that. It’s not the largest light you will ever have, but that is what makes it absolutely perfect for something like a bathroom or even a small nursery. Especially if you’re going with a flower or nature theme. And of course, you can soften or brighten the light by changing the bulbs to whatever you choose. If you have the budget to combine these with remote control color changing LED bulbs then you will truly have a statement piece in your home. I think there are a lot of possibilities with that. Unfortunately, I am burdened with the evil popcorn ceilings. If I was not, this is the type of lighting piece that makes you wanna put a mural on your ceiling just so this can be the cherry on top. The media could not be loaded. Flower light My first impression of the chandelier once all the parts were unwrapped was how nice the gold tone is. The gold bars are a nice brushed gold that is soft and evenly applied. It’s a nice tone of mellow gold for lack of a better description, not too burnt orange and not so bright that it takes away from the real beauty of this fixture, the glass flowers. I appreciate the fact that the manufacturer coated the goldplating to extend the life of it and prevent rust and oxidation. The glass flowers are impressive and if I hadn’t looked at the dimensions I might have been surprised by the size. They’re really quite pretty, the glass is just the right thickness, and each flower is meticulously detailed. The thicker glass helps reduce glare and offers a nice soft light. The light uses standard E 26 bulbs, and does have a dimmable feature, which I really like. Allows me to have the bright light I need to wake up in the morning, but a nice soft light in the evening for reading or catching up on homework. This light does need to be assembled which was a little overwhelming at first, but thankfully it comes with very clear and easy directions. I was surprised at how much easier it was than it looked. I did have a professional install this because I am not an electrician. But, I did help him with assembly and he mentioned how great the light was. For a light of this size the piece count is minimal and installation was easy. Which means if you have the knowledge needed to install a light, this light will be a breeze. Overall, this is a really beautiful light. I’ve chosen to use it in my bedroom, but it can be used anywhere over a dining room table in your living room or kitchen. Wherever you decide to use it, it will surely be a focal point. Make sure to check the dimensions. This is a large light and it dies look great in a bigger space. But that’s just personal preference. It’s well-made and evenly plated and not so bad to install either which is a huge plus. Add the dimmer bulbs and put a dimmer switch in and you’ll get a very pretty soft light from the beautiful flower shades. It really is an impressive fixture and looks much more expensive than it is. Upon receiving this, I was initially nervous that it would be too heavy to hang. The glass is absolutely beautiful and high-quality; you feel the weight as you hold one, so please be careful when putting this together. It's packaged delicately and with attention to every piece. I inspected every glass, and none had scratches or cracks. Assembly is straightforward, but installation can be tricky depending on your ceiling situation. Just make sure to watch the tutorial video and do everything with safety. They provide you with gloves, and I recommend using them for protection. For the price, this is worth it to me. It's incredibly unique; I don't think I've ever seen a chandelier like this one in a store before. I'm a huge lover of flowers, and this is just stunning. I do wish it came in more colors since I think a green or blue one would be out of this world! But that just gives me all the more reason to follow the brand seller. Overall, this is a beautiful product, and you won't be disappointed at all. Read more
