Definitely would give it the full 24-48 hours to puff up and would unzip them while they fluff. Cushions are thick and it has countless configurations. I was pleasantly surprised by this couch and like it more than the Nugget couches I’ve seen. My kids love this thing and have already done so many cool things with it. I will say, if you can when you take it out of the box, give one to two weeks to see it expand to its full potential. Crazy how much more it expanded even after a week of sitting out.
