I use this food once a week in my turtles feeding schedule. My turtle loves the variety of the freeze dried shrimp and worms mixed in with pellets. He is a very healthy fella and LOVES his meals! The only negative is the powder residue in the jar will dirty the top of the water until circulated. I simply don’t pour food into the tank from the container. No biggie for me.
