When it comes to using this flutter device, its a lot easier than I thought it was going to be. I simply change the dial and blow into it. I thought it was going to be easy so I adjusted the dial a bit too much, this is something I don't recommend because making it move was a lot harder than I thought it was going to be. I moved it back to the lowest setting and even after getting over being sick, I still found it a bit hard. Now that I've been using this for about a month, I have finally moved it to the next level and am getting ready to move it again. This has not only helped me with my breathing but has helped me get rid of the last bit of phlegm that is still inside of my lungs. Not to mention, the mouth piece is easy to clean too.
