Improved lung functionality over time
I chose this breathing exerciser because it looked like an interesting and affordable way to strengthen my lungs, and it truly provides great results for its cost, making it quite a good value. You can adjust the resistance with the dial, and several steel balls are included which helps you customize the intensity as you progress. It's also very easy to clean and can be conveniently stored in your bag. While it’s not a miraculous solution, though close to it after several weeks of use, it serves as a reliable training tool for the price, and I know many people utilize it for more demanding purposes than I. I spend a few minutes each day using it at my desk or whenever it comes to mind, and even with minimal effort, I've noticed an increased awareness of my breathing and rhythm. Considering its affordability and portability, it offers more functionality than I anticipated, which is why I believe it is an excellent value. Read more

Sent me a used medical device
I just received this device now. The box was open! I thought it would be okay if every item in the box was in a sealed bag. Everything was sealed except for the little ziplock containing the round inlets. There’s supposed to have three different size inlets but there’s only two. Receiving a medical device in an open box is not okay!! Read more

This breathing training device has a dual filter protection for cleaner airflow. It has 3 different resistances via steel balls in the sizes 16mm, 18mm and 19mm. They are easily changeable and do make a difference to strength needed to use the device. The media could not be loaded. Purchased item for my grandfather. He is a former heavy smoker. He does this 2x a day for 15minutes at a time. He said he can feel a difference within a couple days. This is also doing its job getting out his mucus. Product is simple to use and clean. , Read more
