The FLYBIRD Adjustable Bench is a solid choice for anyone looking for a reliable, multi-purpose workout bench without dropping hundreds on premium brands. While the overall build quality is decent and the price point is attractive, what really sets this bench apart is its durability. ✅ Why It Stands Out: Used 6x a week by two people for over four years, and it’s still going strong—no rips, tears, or padding breakdown Incline/decline adjustments are smooth and versatile enough for full-body workouts Foldable design makes it easy to store when space is tight A great option for home gyms that need functionality without the premium price tag ⚠️ Minor Drawbacks: The welds and overall tolerances aren’t as refined as higher-end models, and it doesn’t feel quite as rock-solid under heavy loads That said, it’s proven itself through consistent use, and the structure has held up impressively well If you want a bench that’s affordable, functional, and built to last, this one delivers. It’s not flashy, but it’s dependable—and in a home gym, that’s what really counts. Read more

Big pros are it came completely assembled and is super easy to set up. Seems really sturdy. I'm in an apartment and can clean a bar up and lay down and it didn't budge. The weight limit is plenty for most. Obviously if you're a powerlifter you may come into issues with the weight, but I don't think you'd be using something like this anyways. Folds up to a compact size, which was a must for me. Only major Con: It's definitely not for tall people or tall torsos. It says so in the description that its for like up to 5'11 or something. I'm 6'3 and have a tall torso so my head is off, but it's fine for what I need. This is only a problem with using it when my butt is on the seat. Like I said, I'm in an apartment and mainly need the compact fold up and something to lean on/over and what not. If you aren't tall though, this is a great bench for a good price. Read more
Easy to assemble and the perfect addition to our growing home gym. I’m able to do step ups and the adjustments feel stable. Padding feels high quality but that will show overtime. Read more

I waited a while before writing a review on this to make sure there are no issues that are not immediately visible. Overall this has been a much better product than what I was expecting. It came almost fully assembled with just three pins that needed to be inserted to complete the assembly. It folds neatly (and very easily) and can be stored in a small space which is a plus. It is sturdy, does not creak and the dimensions are ergonomically correct with one caveat: I am 5'10" and I believe that if I was any taller the bench would be too short when using the incline position if I needed to rest my head on it. The instructions state that the maximum user height is 5'9" but I don't remember seeing this in the product description. There are enough fixed incline positions to perform a variety of exercises and there is also a decline bench position. I am about 200 lbs. and I use 25 lb. dumbbells and have never had any stability issues although this is a relatively light frame bench. I fully recommend this bench for anyone under 5'10" tall, especially if they have limited space. Read more
