Perfect bench. Ridiculous value. Firm, stable, comfortable and made of quality materials. Don’t bother ordering the older cheaper model that requires bolts and nuts to assemble. The newer one in the photo comes preassembled. All you need to do is remove the 2 lock pins (pictured), lower the legs, and reinsert pins. What is NOT shown in the instructions, and must be a new design revision, is 2 bolts with plastic gear handles (pictured) need to be removed before lowering the legs and need to be removed and reinserted once the legs are lowered. It seems FlyBird wants you to be double covered from any bench instability. It seems like overkill but better safe than injured. I purchased this bench at $88.99 which makes it in a class by itself for a durable, affordable and storable weight bench. I’m sure if you’re looking for a super heavy duty bench that will support huge weight it may not be the best fit. But if you’re like me and use this with sub-100 pound dumbbells and bodyweight work, I think you’ll be more than pleased. Read more

I got the older version and it’s been rock-solid for home workouts. It’s very sturdy, handles a variety of exercises and stretches, and the fold-in feet make it easy to store when not in use. Though the newer version looks nice. This flat bench is pretty solid for what you pay. Sturdy, comfy enough, and does the job for dumbbell and barbell work. Doesn’t wobble and was easy to put together. Definitely worth it if you’re on a budget. Read more

This is a great workout bench. I which the the legs ware a bit wider for greater stability but overall it is sturdy for most workouts. It is easy to fold the legs and stow when not needed. Definitely recommend, great value for the money. Read more

Very well constructed of quality materials, more than ample padding, easy to set up and take down when done, very stable during use - no wobbling (I use mine on carpeting), costs less than a bench I purchased in the 1970’s and is far better! No negatives so far - in use 3 months. Read more

I was debating between this bench and another from a different brand, but went with this bench because it was cheaper. I kind of wish I had bought the other bench though. This bench is okay, good enough to function for the most part, but I don’t know that I’d trust it for step ups and it wobbles which has been annoying. It says to turn the caps on the feet to adjust the stability, but I’m pretty sure the caps do absolutely nothing. No matter how much I turn or which direction the bench still wobbles. The pins used to keep the legs locked in place are absolute garbage also. They’re to small for the holes they go through so if I pick the bench up to move it or tilt it to fold the legs in the pins just fall out without me even touching them. I feel like returns are a pain, especially now that it’s assembled, otherwise I would return this and get something with higher quality because I don’t feel this bench is worth the price, even with the sale discount. I feel this is a 2 star bench, but I gave 3 stars for the bench cover material. It’s not to hard or sticky feeling, but I can’t speak to how well it will hold up over time as I just got this a couple days ago. Read more

The bench is sturdy and good quality but... the foam padding is way to hard, when trying to do hip thrust it hurts your back if you can do them at all because the bend is really high. I will probably be returning it. Update: So I kept the bench in the end, I have been using it for a while now (almost 4 months), and I had to increase the rating to 5 stars, because even though I cannot use it for hip thrusts which is what I bought it for in the beginning, the truth is, it has been great for other exercises such as Bulgarian split squats, step ups, seated leg raise with resistance bands, single leg RDL's, I even use it with regular RDL's since it hits the right spot in the back of my legs to give me support for better form. It has also worked great for seated good mornings, and it has also been a great support bench for the days when I do back, chest and tricep exercises. It is sturdy, well made, quality, it really holds up, I am so glad I didn't return it, it is great for the price. I still don't recommend you buying it for hip thrusts, but I do recommend it for pretty much for everything else. Read more
