I had been looking for a home gym bench for quite some time and it took me several months to take a chance on one. I'm so happy this was the one! Flybird has a lot of options for weight benches so if you need something very heavy, I'd go a step up in their product line but for my purposes, this is perfect! It's sturdy, versatile and has some nice extras for the price - incline, flat, AND decline. It also comes with resistance bands - a set for the back and a set for the front that allow for surprising your muscles with alternative ways for time under tension. For instance, a seated front delt raise was quite different and challenging using the band placed on the back. The bench is sturdy and, when placed on my gym mat, doesn't move at all. There was some movement when used directly on the floor, however. Assembly is required on this bench and it's relatively easy. It took about a half hour to put together - it's helpful to have another set of hands to hold the bench. It has quality parts, instructions, and padding. If this sort of thing helps you decide, Men's Health rated Flybird as "the perfect addition to your home gym collection" and Forbes rated Flybird among its "Best Home Workout Equipment for Strength Training." If you've been looking for a bench for a while, you can't go wrong with this one! Read more

This is a great little lightweight bench. It is easy to assemble and disassemble. I am able to store it away in my closet when it is not in use and then I can reassemble it within 2 minutes to use it. I weigh 150 and have not had any issues with the sturdiness of the bench. The only complaint is the bands that the bench comes with are not very good or effective so I have removed those. I would recommend purchasing this bench. Read more
This is a great workout bench! Easy to put together, sturdy, and easily compactible if it needs to be moved or stored. I love the range of angles the bench can be set at too, which makes it very versatile for doing different exercises and working different muscles. This is an exceptional exercise bench. While it is too narrow for larger frames, it is ideal for average to small builds. Manufacturer offers other models suitable for larger individuals as well at a reasonably higher price. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall sturdiness and quality of design, build, and materials for the price...no, no...I was shocked. Try as I might, I cannot find a single flaw in this bench. The resistance bands are aligned with the size of the bench; ideal for average to small framed beginners or physical therapy, but not for intermediate to advanced strength training; although, aftermarket resistance bands and free weights can effectively be used with the bench. Assembly is as easy as it possibly can be and bench includes all tools necessary for full assembly. This Flybird bench absolutely represents best quality and overall value attainable in it's space. Highly recommend. Read more
Reviews on this bench were all good. I liked the bands on it as I had been using them on another device. The bench was easy to assemble. It folds up and takes little space which was perfect for me. The benmch has two ;ins and a knob to remove whe foding it up. Be sure to not misplace them. I have not had much time to use it as I planed yet but did work with it. I was in the midst of a room renovation where I have the bench. The bench was fine for my needs and will now have a space where i can really utilize it a lot now. Read more
This bench works great. It is nice and sturdy and doesn't take up a lot of space in my small gym. Love the adjustable backrest, goes all the way to straight up to flat. Great value for the money. Easy to move around, it is not very heavy. Read more
This was easy to assemble and does the job. There is a good range of angles the bench can be set to and it is stable at each setting. The stretch bands fit over each of the sides of the supports and are surprisingly useful for warming up through a range of motions. My only real complaint is that everything is slightly too small. I'm six feet tall and my head is unsupported (incline bench part is about 25" and I would need 28" so that my head is supported). When the bench is flat, there's plenty of room. This is a small complaint about a product that is inexpensive and works great. Read more
