At age 70, I am not new to exercise but I am new to setting up equipment at home. I am very pleased with this purchase. I’m not great at putting things together but the bench was ready to use within five minutes of opening the box. The bench is nicely cushioned and easy to adjust. It’s fairly easy to fold down for storage under the bed, but is small enough to leave up for easy access. Read more

This is a great bench. Almost completely assembled, sturdy, good padding, easily adjusts, etc. The bench (when flat) could be an inch or two lower, seems a little high (I'm 5'-9") but not a deal breaker. What is a deal breaker for me, is the seat padding when doing declines. The seat is narrow (which I could live with), but it has NO padding for the back of the knees. Look at this bench compared to others. Some others have padding that wraps around (kind of a 3/4 circle) on the front vertical face of the seat to protect the back of the knees. This bench does not. This causes too much tension and pressure on the backside of your knees and essentially makes this bench unusable for any decline position (ie. decline sit-ups). This bench would easily be a 5 star if not for this. If you don't care about declines, go for it, if you do, look for one with that wrap around padding along the front edge of the seat. Read more
I like the bench for the price. It’s not as heavy duty as gym models or more expensive benches, but for the price I like it a lot. I’m 6’5” and the height is good for me. I wish it was a couple inches longer and an inch or two wider but it works. I weigh 225 and regularly use up to 150# of additional weight on it and the bench seems sturdy. It is super easy to adjust the bench incline. Read more
The bench on the left is exactly what I was looking for. The "Yoleo" bench on the right was purchased first and did not perform to my expectations over 3 weeks of use. It was way too small and to much movement when 50# dumbells are in the air. I didn't trust it. I bought it because Yoleo posted very deceiving pictures on it's page, it looked a lot bigger and sturdier. It was my fault for not checking the measurements but still, the pictures were terribly deceiving. So I found the bench on the left "Flybird" and am very satisfied with how well built and how very sturdy it is. It costs a lot more, but worth every penny! I posted a picture of both benches side by side so everyone interested could clearly see the size difference. I'll let my wife have the smaller bench for crunches. I highly recommend Flybird. This is my second Flybird bench, the first one was a smaller version, but not nearly as small as the Yoleo. It was destroyed in a fire unfortunately. BTW, this is the wrong picture for this bench. I've owned both though, great benches from Flybird! Read more

For the price, a pretty good, relatively light duty bench. I think it is adequate for me at 170 pounds and not using dumbbells over 90 pounds each. I really like the design. It folds up nicely, is quick to set up and take down to store. The angles on the seat and bench are useful. It is reasonably stable for something so light and that folds. Easy to carry around the house. I like the choice of materials (oval-ish tubing) as opposed to square. Looks a little higher end. At 5'8" I would prefer if it was a couple inched closer to the ground, but it is OK as is. The padded foot hook assembly on my sits crooked when it is not loaded, which as a trademan rather irks me to look at, but it does straighten out when loaded during use. Read more
Happy with this one - just what I needed. It's a stable, nice-looking basic home weight bench with absolutely minimal assembly out of the box. Be advised: this model isn't for bigger bodies. I'm 5'8" and 170 lbs, and it works well for me; if you're over 5'10" or so, you may nevet be comfortable on it. I do wish the gap between the seat and back were not so large when in the flat or decline positions. It's a little uncomfortable, but not a dealbreaker. For the price, this piece is a good value overall. It's well made and will be used for many years to come. Read more
