This crossover or waist bag is so classy looking, beautiful, with a designer look. The dark sage and white color complement each other and will look fine next to whatever other colors you are wearing. The outer bag is woven (doubtful it is remotely handwoven) with a soft, quality ribbon, with plastic piping trim; interior has a softer lining of a silvery/white design silky polyester with padding; a mesh pocket and a fabric zippered pocket. There is some weight to the bag but it is not bad, and some weight to the wide clip-on wide woven canvas strap due to all the gold hardware. There are swivels on the gold hardware so there is no strap twisting. The bag looks more flattering worn as a crossbody but works well as a bum or waist bag. The bag can be open and contents not spill out. The bottom of the bag expands and is wider than the top cover piece, and will hold a lot of things including a wallet, sub sandwich, bottle of water, a few meds, and a couple additional items. That does, however, create it to kind of sink in on itself.A little bit when it's empty doesn't seem to be a really big deal.It doesn't damage it or anything. I really like the style. I like that. The best thing about this purse is the fun, bright pink. It stands out in a crowd and it's easy to spot at a party in a jumble of other purses. I also like that it's roomy inside and fits everything I want to carry for a day. The strap is wide, fits comfortably on my shoulder and the length is adjustable. On the other hand, the top doesn't open all the way.
