Bought during Prime Day and getting it ready for Christmas and doesn't work. Won't turn on, won't charge and now I am outside of the return window. The owners manual is blank where the contact information would have been to contact the manufacturer. Amazon has reached out to the seller for assistance and I will update this post if they help and make it right. Read more
