Although this foldable backpack feels a little flimsy, it’s well made and surprisingly holds a lot. It’s a little over half the width and almost just as long as most normal sized backpacks. It’s easy to fold the empty flattened backpack in half, and then either roll or fold it up to put into the storage bag. There’s a branded label (Vanaheimr) on both the backpack and carrying case. The backpack’s main material is a neutral shade of grey with a slight sheen. The material has a small grid pattern throughout. It’s thin, but fairly strong. The material is very lightweight, feels nice to the touch, and seems water resistant to a degree. I don’t think I would classify it as waterproof, though. It’s tightly woven to help keep water out and the threads are waterproof, but when I tested it, water still got in. The zippers are the kind that have super tiny teeth that lay really flat and don’t seem to get caught on things like zippers with larger sized teeth. The zipper pulls are a bit hard to grasp. Attaching something to them is helpful, and it’s easy because they have loops. The black mesh side pockets have a small bit of elastic stretch at the top to allow room for water bottles or other items. The carry handle and strap adjustment pieces are narrow, but also strong. The shoulder straps lack padding, but they are breathable. The storage bag is made of the same material as the backpack. It closes with a spring loaded cord lock which works great. The bag has a clip sewn into the inside that can be attached to a ring sewn into the inside of the backpack when the backpack is in use. It can also be clipped onto the carrying handle or other small things. The clip seems tight and it’s all made of plastic. It’s hard to open, but still nice to have. This backpack seems very durable and it’s convenient to carry when going on a hike, camping, road trips, or just trips to a local store. I think it's best for storing clothing or softer materials; maybe objects that don't have sharp corners that could poke you in the back through the thin material. I might use mine as a first aid backpack, or just keep it in my emergency go bag or my car for times when something like this might come in handy. I love that it folds up small and so it’s easy to store. It’s priced very well and totally worth it. Read more

So looking at this, I was amazed at how small and compact it could be. Immediately I looked at the straps and it has zero tension. It's just some fabric that functions as shoulder straps. It does have a mesh weave. But I really doubt it would be comfortable fully loaded up. What I did have around is a bunch of groceries to fill the bag. The measurements are a medium sized bag. It has two pockets, one larger one with an opening of 9 inches wide. The smaller compartment is about 4 inches wide and very deep. About 9 inches, so you might lose stuff unless you use this for umbrellas or something of a similar shape. I got to about 20 lbs of vegetables and fruits before it really started feeling uncomfortable. This has no backing either, so depending on what is inside, can start easily poking or sitting wrong against your back. Overall, it feels like a good bag for a quick grocery run, but nothing I would wear for a full day. Read more

Wow, this is a compact, light weight bag. Unlike most other things I have ordered in the past it was very easy to fold back up and fit back in it's carrying bag! Yey. The black color looks kind of like trash bag material but I figured it may look like that when I ordered it. I was able to stuff two bath towels in it, much more than I thought I would be able to get in it. The straps are thinner than I expected them to be, if you look at the second photo I posted you will see the size of the strap compared to my thumb. I am going to be carrying this bag along with my other camel pack to hold things I find hiking in the woods/creek area. Or as a towel, miscellaneous boat or pool bag. The zipper fit snuggly together, like other waterproof bags I have. It has pockets on the sides for water bottles, but I do not see these holding water bottles securely without being unbalanced since the bag is so light weight. You might get away carrying one of those light weight plastic bottles in it if you are also carrying heavier items in the bag itself. Overall, it is perfect for what I need it for. I am not sold on it being incredibly durable. Read more

I got this foldable daypack mostly as a backup bag and that’s exactly what it feels like… very light, packs down small, and easy to keep in a car or suitcase. When unfolded it actually holds more than it looks, good enough for groceries, a light hike, or a quick day out. Material feels thin but not trashy. It’s splash resistant, not something I’d trust in real rain. Straps are breathable but have no padding, so once you load it up you feel it on your shoulders. Fine for short use, not an all-day backpack. For the price, it does what it’s meant to do… a simple emergency or travel daypack. Pros Very lightweight and compact Folds down small Holds more than expected Good as a backup or travel bag Cons No padding in straps Not for heavy loads Only splash resistant, not waterproof Overall: good value for money as a lightweight backup daypack. It's always nice to have an extra bag handy when traveling - when storm chasing, it's even better if that bag is waterproof! This one comes all folded up, and it was not hard to get back down to size. The zipper works nice. Wears well. At only $7 I think this bag us a good value. Read more
