Great Scooter, Great Cruise Control, great Smartphone to accurately check the Battery Percent, Watts, and even MPH. Sure, it runs 22MPH, efficient to speed through. Although the Battery sure use some power through the journey around 2 hours. More or less. I mean, I've heard similar removable Battery may be the issue or not on some Local Stores, this one is very awesome so far. Somehow, the price of this scooter seems very bit of a Pricey but hey, what the heck. It's Removable Battery. It can still charge even when it's not installed on a scooter. Could've wish there's each Battery sold separately on Amazon though. The Cruise Control that this scooter support, makes me a heck of the nerve at the start, practicing around to learn how to maintain the speed, not to use my Thumb Finger's Throttle for awhile. Which is good to ease the Grips around. To people who found this Scooter and my Review, I would consider carefully if you like to travel around the town, cause each Removable Battery runs up to 22 Miles. Unless if you like exploring around a lot, this is the scooter you'll been looking for. *2nd Photo Comparison of Lime Scooters. 5/9/25: The Throttle broke when I was accelerating on some bumpy roads. Thankfully the Warranty gives me the replacement so I can carefully replace it. It was personally hard since I'm not much of a technician a lot. Read more

So after I bought this I noticed that it looks to be either a copy or a re-badged Hover-1 Helios, which has horrible reviews. However they aren't exactly the same. For example the H1 has inflatable tires, which cause many of the poor reviews. This scooter has airless tires (not solid, but airless), which don't ride as nice but are puncture proof. I almost returned this thinking it would be really bad but figured it has a warranty and I'd blow away the shipping fee so am giving it a chance. I have more than 50 miles on mine now and it has been flawless. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: 1. It actually delivers on what it says, at least in terms of speed and weight. Range might be optimistic but I only go a few miles each time so can't say for sure. 2. Removable battery is nice! I can charge it without the scooter. 3. Suspension: It works, but read the cons. 4. Dual braking is really solid. I had a gotrax before and the braking was poor compared to this. This scooter can lock em up and stop on a dime. It has already saved me once from hitting a person that thought that my bell meant that they should jump in front of me, literally. 5. Great support! Mine was a little damaged in shipping and I was taken care of right away. I also had a question about the app and again got great support. 6. Hand grips are really nice and so are the other items like the bell and phone mount. Again, compared to my old gotrax these things are very good. 7. The color reminds me of Tron Legacy, my favorite movie ever. Cons: 1. Front suspension is very stiff and doesn't do much. I'm about 160 lbs and no matter what I do I can't get the front to compress beyond half way. 2. It feels just a little unstable. I'm not sure if its the height, me or the fact that the battery is where it is. 3. Getting up to the 22mph max speed is only possible under the most ideal conditions, like full battery and downhill with the wind on my back. But, everything up to about 18mph is pretty zippy. 4. Just like basically every electric scooter out there, this one is engineered for the most heavy users possible so that everyone can buy it. However, this adds weight and for 95% of the population that don't weight 265lbs, the added material strength is just extra weight. This thing isn't as light as it could be and not the easiest thing to carry up stairs and such. I will say that it is well balanced though. Picking it up from center is the balance point. Anyway, I wish they had scooters for the big and tall people and scooters for everybody else. 5. Speaking of sizing, the deck for your feet seems a bit small to me. Not bad, but could have an extra few inches. Again, this is probably because of the battery design taking up space. Most have it under the deck or sometimes in the stem. So, overall am I happy with it? Yes, I'd say so and I'm glad I didn't return it. However, would I buy it again? Probably not. The front suspension is a big reason I bought it and it just doesn't absorb the bumps like I was expecting. I'd probably try a VSETT Mini. But should you buy one? I'd say yes for most people. This scooter has more features, range and speed compared to ones at this price. Things like the rear disc brake, dual brakes, larger tires, removeable battery, a phone mount etc. make it a great value. I even had a spreadsheet for all the stats. The only one in this price that I found that came close (under 40 lbs with suspension) was the Ecoroad EC9 but again, it has single brakes and they are drum. It does have the speed and range though. Even the VSETT Mini has a much smaller battery/range, is slower and has smaller tires. It does have a secondary external battery option though and is very light at 30 lbs. Update: I have about 200 miles on it now. The front brake cable seems to like to pop out when I fit big bumps so I glued it in. I can also see that one of the cables is wearing through, so I'll be watching that. I also left it out in the rain once, which caused it to glitch and not function correctly, but after it dried it functioned normally again. Finally my max range is about 12 miles. Note that all of these scooters advertise a max range that far exceeds real world use. They travel on a super flat surface at a low speed. Who does that? Nobody. So don't compare my 12 miles to advertised ranges of other scooters. They are all exaggerated. Anyway, it is doing well after this many miles. Read more

Scooter is awesome!! It’s fast, but sturdy. The battery lasts a long time without needing to be charged. Being able to remove the battery to charge it is a great feature compared to other scooter options. Read more

Bought this scooter for my 13yo for Christmas. I wasn’t sure of the brand so it was a little risky, but has been truly epic. The quality is great and my son loves riding it. He’s been out in the freezing cold ripping around the neighborhood. I have taken it for a spin also and it’s very powerful even under me at 6’3” & 235lbs. Highly recommend and plan to do a video review soon. Read more

I purchased mine in February, my front brake broke/a bolt came off I tried putting a new one on but the brake still didn't work and I've had to tighten the rear one a couple times, I purchased an extra battery from the brands website, i crashed a little less than a month ago on it it hurt me more than it did the scooter tho and the screen randomly gives me problems now but turning it off and back on usually works, the battery is a little bit sensitive to really cold temperatures and will drain faster if it gets too cold, it does well in the rain even though it says not to ride it in the rain, I haven't ridden to the point of the battery dying so I'm not sure what the range is at full speed I weigh somewhere around 220-230 pounds and it still hits pretty high speeds even when I pick up groceries on it, it struggles up really steep hills with my weight but still hits around 10 to 12 miles an hour uphill depending on how long it's been going uphill for, it hits anywhere from like 16 to 20 miles an hour depending on the terrain and how frequently you have to stop and start cause it sometimes takes a minute to get up to speed, still happy I got it though I've had a lot of fun on it and plan to keep using it next summer it's in storage for the winter now.
