My main concern in purchasing a power tower is whether it would be sturdy and not wobble or shake. I'm 5'9", 230 lbs. and this power tower is very stable & sturdy since it opens wide enough to stabilize the unit. The assembly video was a very helpful guide making it an easy assemble. It came pretty beat up from shipping, and it is cheap. As a welder I was heavily questioning if it could even hold me at all (i just hit 200lbs) and to my surprise it can! I've jumped around all over it fairly aggressively, and its held me up just fine. It can fold up and save a little bit of space but nothing crazy unless you remove the arm bar portion. The instructions said they were supposed to be 6 pins (2 for the arms) so they can swivel up and down for storage. But mine didn't come with them. Other than that I'd say its been pretty worth. For the price it is and having the ability to fold to save space this is a pretty good product. As I read reviews, I thought this thing was gonna be rock steady, it is rated for 600 lbs of weight. However, with my 250 lbs of body weight this thing flexes slightly, no biggie. The biggest complaint I have is when doing knee raises the bars that are behind you triceps dig in pretty harshly, so maybe some padding or extra space there would be nice. Overall, good product, but doubt it will hold up as much weight as it claims if you are one of those who like to do weighted pull ups. Read more
