I’ve been wanting something comfortable to keep in my spare room where I have my vanity, a lot of my clothes, and where I go through my packages. I already had a regular chair in there, but whenever I’d be opening packages and sorting everything, I kept ending up sitting on the floor, and it was really starting to hurt my knees and my back. So when I came across this folding sofa bed chair by Voxelure, it looked like exactly what I was looking for, and overall it really is. That being said, I did have a few small issues. The first is that I ordered the grey one, but the one I received looks more like a deep greyish navy blue than actually grey. It definitely has more of a blue tint than the listing photos. And on top of that, it arrived with some damage. There are buttons on the front, and two of the buttons had the metal backing folded in half and the button covers had fallen off. That was really disappointing, especially since this is supposed to be a nice looking piece of furniture. Aside from those issues though, the chair itself is actually really good quality and very well made. It comes vacuum sealed, and the second I cut the bag open it started expanding and fluffing up immediately. It became comfortable almost instantly. The material feels soft and plush, and it even comes with a matching pillow which was a nice bonus. What really made me choose this over something like a bean bag is the fact that it can convert into multiple forms. It works as a sofa chair, it can turn into a chaise/lounge style seat, and it can also fold out flat into a mattress. The backrest also Velcros to the bottom portion when it’s in sofa or chaise mode, which I really appreciate because it allows you to lean back without worrying about it sliding or falling backwards. My only small complaint about the design is that the sitting portion isn’t very long. You really have to scoot all the way back to sit comfortably, and even then your legs don’t fit as naturally as they would on a full sized chair. But even with that, it’s still very comfortable. I am still able to sit with my legs crossed comfortably, just would have liked a tiny bit more length. I can sit on it and use my computer, relax and read, or even stretch out and lay on it if I want to watch a movie. It’s honestly one of those things where the possibilities are endless depending on how you want to use it. I also love that it doesn’t take up a ton of space, which was important for that room. And the cover unzips so it can be cleaned easily, which is a huge plus. In my opinion, the current $119.99 price (as of 1/25/26) is a good value and in line with what I would expect to pay for something like this when comparing it to similar items. Overall, despite the color being more blue than grey and the small cosmetic damage on the buttons, it’s a good quality, comfortable, versatile, and relaxing sofa chair. Ever since getting it I find every chance I can to sit in it. I’m actually sitting in it right now writing this review. If you want a way to have a sofa without it taking up too much space, and want the ability to use it in multiple ways, this is a perfect option. In the end, I would still highly recommend it. This folding floor chair/bed/sleeper/my box was labeled as a gymnastics mat/whatever it is, is nice for the younger members of the family. It’s comfortably thick for sitting or lying on the floor, but I’m far too old to be trying to sit on something that’s only 6 or 12 inches above the ground. The fabric is soft and comfortable to lay on. The back only comes up to the middle of my kid’s back when he sits on it, so it does get uncomfortable fairly quickly if he’s slouched down reading or playing a game. Maybe a third backrest section would help. This folding sofa bed is a great little convertible sleeper! It’s surprisingly comfortable and the corduroy fabric feels very soft and cozy. I love that it converts easily from a chair to a floor sofa or even a single guest bed. It’s perfect for an extra relaxing spot in our den and has even been used by a guest to sleep on.
