Came very tightly packed but it was easy to unbox. Just be careful when using scissors or a knife to cut it. It was vacuum packed in the box and after unboxing, I laid it out fully flat to allow it to fully rise up. In around 2 hours, it had fully risen and was so comfy to lay in. I’m giving this a 3 star unfortunately, I’ve had this for a whopping 2 days, it’s nice, soft, but the zipper that attaches the 2 cushions together has broken, and when you manage to get it fixed (after losing feelings in your fingertips, because it’s a pain to grab onto), just one tiniest move the zipper comes apart again! I would send this back, but it was delivered vacuum sealed, and I’m not able to redo that nor willing to, so now it sits in a corner, small child chair with ottoman is the only other option Read more

Very comfortable to sit and lay in. It has nice support and it easily supports one person. The sofa came packed tightly and it took little to no time for the sofa to come to full size. The back support is attached with clips and the sofa can be unraveled by unclipping the clips holding it folded.
