I have a women's size 9 and my feet fit great with room to spare. The compression goes from level 1 to 5, and a 3 or 4 is where I like it. 4 is really aggressive and right, which is what I need sometimes. It has the roller balls, which feel amazing, it vibrates, which is rejuvenating, and it heats also.
