I originally bought this case as a temporary cover while I waited for a more expensive one to arrive. The expensive version had a built-in grip, so that was a slight trade-off, but to my surprise, I liked this case so much better that I returned the pricey one! What works well: Easy Installation & Slim Profile: It was very easy to install and doesn't add much bulk to the phone. Customizable Grip: To make up for the lack of a built-in handle, I am adding a MagSafe grip myself—the magnet strength on the back is solid and holds it securely. Hinge Design: The front and back pieces are connected by a flexible strip at the hinge. This design works really well and keeps everything integrated. What could be better: Front Fit: The front frame stayed on, but it didn't feel secure enough for the long haul. I added some of my own 3M double-sided tape to lock it down, and now it’s perfect. Lens Cutouts: The raised protective ridges around the camera lenses are a bit much. They stick out significantly past the lenses, which I felt wasn't necessary. Overall, this is a great value case.
