I picked up this Switch 2 Joycon Charging Dock kinda last minute before a weekend gaming marathon with my cousins, this thing actually impressed me. Like, legit surprised. First off, the build is solid. It’s not flimsy or wobbly like some of the older docks I’ve tried. The magnetic connection is strong enough that the Joycons snap into place with a satisfying little click, but not so strong that you feel like you're gonna break something pulling them off. It’s got a nice weight to it too, so it doesn’t slide around on the desk when you bump it or yank a cable. The LED indicators are super helpful. Each slot has its own light, so you know exactly which controller is charging and which one’s ready to go. Red means charging, green means done—simple and clear. I’ve had docks before where the lights were either too dim or just confusing, but this one’s easy to read even from across the room. Charging speed is great. I plugged in four Joycons that were basically dead, and they were fully charged in under 2 hours. That’s faster than I expected, especially for a 4-in-1 setup. Plus, it uses USB-C, which is a huge win. I’m slowly switching all my gear to USB-C and it’s nice not having to dig around for a random micro-USB cable anymore. Also, it looks clean. The black finish matches my Switch 2 and dock perfectly, and it doesn’t take up much space. I’ve got it sitting next to my console and it kinda completes the setup. It’s got that “I’m organized and know what I’m doing” vibe, even though I’m usually winging it 😅 One thing I didn’t expect—it’s actually kinda fun to use. Like, I find myself docking the Joycons just to see the lights change. My nephew thought it was some kind of spaceship charger and now insists on being the “charging captain” every time we play. So yeah, bonus entertainment value. Would I buy it again? Already thinking of grabbing a second one for my travel case. Would I recommend it to anyone with a Switch 2 and multiple Joycons? Absolutely. It’s fast, reliable, and actually kinda cool-looking. So yeah—if you’re tired of guessing which controller’s charged or juggling cables like a circus act, this dock’s a no-brainer. Just get it. Your gaming nights will thank you. Read more

Finally got around to trying these out and they work great for charging the Switch 2 joycons. I like the light indicating if they're charging in red and done charging in green. It's a nice, compact design and allows you to charge two sets of joycons at a time, which is convenient for gaming tournaments. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product. Read more

It works fine. Truth is that I ordered a few of these in anticipation of the switch 2, then it got delayed. My reviews got delayed and I'm catching up now. Sometimes while reviewing similar products, it gets a bit hard to think of something original to type. So I'll say it bluntly. There's nothing wrong with this. Nothing I see better nor worse than the others around the same price. Just a style preference, really. Except, this has an option for a OG switch version. Read more

This unit is built as well as it looks. It is very strudy and the magnetic connections are strong to hold the joysticks on. Each slot has its own LED light indicating if it is still charging or finished, red and green. Read more

Works right away to help charge your switch 2 joycons. The lights are cute but I also wish there was a way to turn them off when you don't want to blast LEDs on the wall at night, but it seems there isn't a way to do that or I can't figure it out. Overall works exactly the way you'd expect. Read more

We had a difficult time getting ahold of our Switch 2, but that is a story for another day. This is a wonderful charger for people who use the Joycons as controllers, which is practically a necessity as most people don't have more than a couple of pro controllers. Please note that this charger will ONLY work with Switch 2 Joycons, not any of the previous versions of the Switch. The Joycons attach easily and the dock will light up if they are not attached correctly. The dock will also change color when the Joycons are fully charged. There is space for 2 sets of Joycons, which is great if you play a lot of 4 player games. Overall, we are very happy with this charging dock. It is small and compact and easy to use. Read more

I like this charging station so far for the switch 2 controllers. They fit very snug almost too snug I worry a little about that but it seems okay so far. When you plug them in the lights turn red and when they are charged they turn green. It doesn’t take too long for the controllers to charge. I will update my review as I have been using it longer.
