Not Effective
Might just be me, but I don’t find the pills effective. I have really bad issues sleeping and I feel like it hasn’t really done anything to help. Might just be me though because I hear melatonin helps a lot of other people. No bad taste in the pill so it’s not necessarily having any side effects that’d prevent me from continuing to use.
