I've been using this on forearm day for a few weeks (yes, I have a dedicated day for forearms) and I thought I was doing good until I tried this exercise. It really burns. I haven't gone above a 5 lb dumbbell at 6 reps but within the first three it's killing me. I was aware of this exercise but didn't try it until I saw this. The materials are really good. The nylon material used seems to be the same type for heavy duty tie downs. I've been using a dumbbell with it which sometimes moves around but it's probably better suited for a kettlebell or weight plate. The grip is comfortable. It comes with an instruction manual with some exercises (the one I've been using is called "simple" in the manual.) Product is better than expected. No burrs present and product was already put together. “D-Links” appear strong and would be easily replaced if needed. Exception product at a great price! Read more

Good product. Well built. I use it almost daily at my desk and it definitely works your forearms well. The semi soft handles help keep a good grip. Read more

But you can't get the screw as tight as you probably would want with more threads. Because of course you would need to pinch the other end to stop it from rotating. I tried I couldn't so I told my son not to do it over his feet. But anybody else reads this and you did it a different way. I had to put mine together with the pin so the nylon could connect to the bar. I will give it three until I realize the mistake I made or we use it for a while and it never does. Unscrew. Read more
