I have no issues with this product. Follow instructions and use. Mine is as accurate as my 2 drug store oral thermometers. Instant read and no need to clean. No need to hesitate either if you just had a hot or cold beverage. Very convenient. Get one for the family. The price is right. In this era of virus scares you cant afford to not have this available. It's easy to use. There's no way I can be sure reading is accurate, but it sure seems to be close. I surface checked a surface against the set temperature of my HVAC. It read the same, so I assume it's pretty accurate. Read more
Just like when you take the temp. under the arm it is calibrated slightly differently (add 1 ⁰F). Forehead is add 2 ⁰F. Currently mine is stuck on ⁰C. So there is a lot of math before I figure it out. Read more
