This coat is adorable and very flattering. I am typically size 14, sometimes 16;and xl was just a bit too big. Well made and I got it fast. The blue is a rich blue, the fabric and lining are nice. It is not a flimsy coat. I am headed to Washington DC next week and it would be fine for that weather. The style is adorable with great detailing. Because it is a little loose I am sending it back. Fits perfect!! Coat has a weird smell so I will definitely have to wash it before wearing it but it’s very beautiful and elegant looking . Nice pockets soft lining and well designed. Doesn’t have any directions inside coat so I recommend washing and air dry or cleaners if durable enough. Read more

Warm, stylish jacket with functional pockets and a roomy, deep hood. Length is great - ending slightly below knees. The collar can be buttoned up for chilly weather and the jacket buttons down well into my thighs, meaning approximately 85% of the length of the jacket can be buttoned up for cold weather. Material is warm but not suffocating - it does feel like mostly natural fibers. My two gripes with the jacket that keep it from 5 stars are about the pockets and the size. The pockets are shallow for such a long jacket (the corner of some phones may stick out) and don’t have any closure to ensure items don’t fall out. The jacket would have also benefitted from an inner lining pocket, perhaps with a zip closure. The jacket itself runs a little small - not in length but in bust and waist space. There is ample room for hip space due to the tailored cut. I have a strong hourglass figure (large hips/butt and bust [G cup] with a small waist). It was snug around the bust/armpits when I purchased it. This was mostly problematic because it didn’t leave room for bust increase/shoulder or lateral muscle increase or a tucked in scarf. In the dead of winter (below freezing temps), this jacket needs a tucked in scarf to be warm enough to wear outside, so the tightness here is suboptimal. Overall, the XL fits like a large. The sizing wouldn’t be as much of an issue if this was available in sizes larger than XL. When this jacket wears out, I would repurchase, especially if they start offering this in XXL. Overall, this has been a great jacket that has lasted me three seasons so far. Edit Dec 2023: purchased in XXL but the size is only 0.3-0.4inches larger, which barely makes a noticeable difference. i found this sizing on a different site. and it explains why many will have issues with this item. that 2x ain't a real 2x. it's a frigging size 14. they're not sizing the items correctly. so you're basically wasting your money on an item that's going to be way too small if you aren't a size 14. i saw some who spoke on how they wore it anyway. even though they couldn't button it over their chest. i'm a larger than a D cup. there's no amount of belting it that's going cover these. so if you're flat chested. it might work for you. but if you have some extra weight along that bust line, ain't no way it's going to work. don't even waste your money and the time of processing a return. i gave it three stars. because it's a very nice coat. the quality of stitching is there. it's very soft. it's very pretty. i purchased the white one. i'm angry they don't offer it in larger sizes than a size 14. and if i liked people like that, i'd give it away to someone. but i need my funds back. and i don't like people enough to give it away. it's NOT wool. which is a plus to me. but it's still a nice coat with a nice weight. i only purchased it, because folks said in the comments that it wasn't wool. and i can't wear wool. it gives me a rash. but this right here is nice and soft against the skin. not itchy. This coat is gorgeous! The bright red is exactly as pictured, and the quality is excellent. I expected it to be more of a fashion piece, but it’s actually heavy, warm, and so comfortable definitely not just for looks. The flare at the bottom gives it a stylish, feminine touch that really stands out. Sadly, it didn’t fit me (I’m 4’11” and very petite, so the arms and length were too long, and the flare was overwhelming on my frame). But on someone taller, this coat would be absolutely perfect. If it comes in a petite version, I’d buy it again in a heartbeat. If you’re looking for a bold, warm, and stylish coat that makes a statement, this is the one you won’t be disappointed! Read more

The media could not be loaded. In person, the coat is a wine red color. It just look right on the picture, but it looked just like the picture on Amazon the coat feel nice and warm, but As soon as I took it out of the package, the buttons was falling off before I could even button the coat and it was one button missing on the coat. The coat is very cute, but the buttons are not sew on really good. very thin string I am so upset because tomorrow is Valentine’s Day and this is a part of my outfit. but anyhow, my cousin sew the button back one for me after she did my hair. and it came out beautiful.
