I purchased this to help with under eye bags and dark circles. I've also been getting terrible sinus headaches since December (it's now March) so I ordered this product to help with all of these things. When I take the time to use this, my sinus headaches go away and my undereye bags do too. Make sure you're being GENTLE when using this around your eyes. If you apply too much pressure you can break tiny blood vessels and contribute to the appearance of dark circles. I'd tried everything to combat puffiness and bags around my eyes - getting more sleep, drinking more water, various eye creams and serums. Some of these things help, but none of them treat the underlying issue, which for me, is clogged sinuses. When my headaches are really bad, I'll use this for about 5 minutes all around each eye and I can literally feel it draining my sinuses. I'm seeing a difference in my under eye bags. Several weeks ago noticing how bad they were getting felt I had to do something. I actually saw this on HSN or QVC and decided to see if it was on Amazon. I really enjoy the feel as it gently taps the eye cream into the delicate layer around the eye. I'm 72 years old and have always taken care of my skin. I look much younger except with these bags, I feel years older. I've only been using this a week or so and have seen a marked difference. At first you look at this device like," what is that really going to do for me?" Well let me tell you, it will change your life, if you have dark circles or bags! I have genetic dark circles and bags under my eyes, since I was a little girl. Every since I started using the Iris, that has dramatically changed! I have a Clarisonic Opal, and wanted to compare the two products. The Clarisonic actually turns off after a 30 second use, cuing you to switch to the other eye area. The FOREO Iris barely signals at the end of the first 30 seconds, cuing you to switch, then very gently pulses at the end of the next 30 second interval signaling you to stop, it will turn off after three minutes. I feel that the Clarisonic actually pulses more directly, allowing better absorption of your eye products. The FOREO Iris does not seem to assist in product absorption at the same level. I am going to keep using for a few weeks to determine its effectiveness. Read more
This is an excellent product from Foreo. I use it twice a day for my eyecare routine after applying the eye serum and due to the vibrations I also use it as a face massager and for lymph drainage of the facial area after applying a cream or a serum to the face. I recently discovered that for Iris 2 Foreo has included this capability but it works fine with this version of the device. Read more
This device imitates 2 fingers tapping massage technique, which is 100%+ saves the time because could be done on both eyes. I appreciate this brand and really wanted this massager, but it did not work for me ( maybe somebody will love it. The design is awesome! Read more
I bought this in April of 2022 and used it a few times. I put it in my drawer and found it again about a week ago. I charged it and it wouldn’t turn on. I thought maybe something was wrong with the charging cord so, I ordered a new cord and it still won’t work. I called the manufacturer’s phone number and had to leave a message. I have not gotten a call back. I will try again but as of now, I am extremely disappointed. Read more
