The product did not work for me. It turned on and was calibrated. I reached out to the company for support, and they were incredibly kind and helpful but couldn’t assist with fixing the issue. The packaging itself was very nice, the machine felt very nice in the hand. The material is incredibly smooth and I loved the idea of it. Sadly it just did not work.
