Ineffective.
I bought this based on other good reviews and price point, to replace my Braun Silk·expert Pro 5 that failed. I’ve been using this consistently per their instructions for nearly 5 months now and not only has it made no noticeable difference in hair growth, I’m actually seeing hair coming back the the Braun had previously taken care of, indicating that this product is doing nothing to reduce hair growth. Plus the cooling fan has sounded like it’s going out since brand new. I’m disappointed that Amazon has only a 30-day return window on a product like this that takes 60 or 90 days to start to see if it’s working. I’ll be contacting the manufacturer about a refund. DOES NOT WORK!
Like other reviewers I bought this because of the good reviews and the large treatment window to speed up the process. Unfortunately this thing does not work at all. I had more hair growing back that I got rid of from my other IPL machine (Smooth Skin) while using this one. Disappointed. Read more
