The unit is less than a year old, constantly wants to weld some side screws that are part of the microwave. I attempted to clean the unit as online comments mention this may be the issue or a diode problem. I am guessing the latter as it just alternates zapping some interior parts after several cleanings. I'll be looking at a different maker as long as the size will fit in the existing cabinet that was modified for it. Read more
