worked perfectly for my halloween costume. the price was right and it was made of material that not only held up for the night, but will last several other uses if I needed it to. Read more
Considering how much I spent on it ($10) I can't complain too much. I had bought semi-last minute it wanting it for a one-time use for Halloween; I was going to be Little Red Riding Hood. It looked perfect for what I needed it to be. The reality: The photo doesn't show that it has a huge vampire-like collar standing up. While it is called a Vampire Costume Cape, it kind of makes sense that it has a vampire collar, although the photo was misleading. It also came down to a little bit above my ankles (I am 5'3''); I was expecting it to come all the way down to almost the floor. The shoulders of this look strange as well -- they poof out a lot so it made me look like I had huge shoulders. The actual color is much brighter; it looks kind cheap (which it is). So again, I kind of feel weird complaining too much. Although I do think that at the very least the photo should show the vampire collar. How I used it: I just tucked the vampire collar into the cape so you couldn't see it. It made the cape around that area a bit bulky, but that looked better than keeping it out for the world to see. I also pinned in the shoulders so they didn't poof out too much. Overall, you get what you pay for. Just be expected to get a cape that has a vampire collar, poofy shoulders, and is shiny bright red. I rarely give a one star but this is cheap even for the price. Its like the little kid costumes that you get for Dracula. Cheap flimsy very very cheap material. Its worse than a plastic bag. Read more
Looks satiny in the picture, is not at all. Very thin, even thinner than a vinyl tablecloth. Was disappointed, but it's obviously a cheap product. I'll look for capes in person at the halloween store next time. Read more
Misleading photo , it's a very small cape and it's quite thin. Avoid this Read more
