First of all, adding 1 safety pin is necessary but I recommend 3: 1 to pin back the front brim of the hat - one of the customer pictures shows this and it is necessary because the hat has no rigidity. 1 to pin up the padding in the back of the diaper which sags. 1 to keep the large decorative safety pin from drooping down. For sizing, I usually wear a men's small shirt and this shirt fit perfect. It was loose so a larger person could wear it but it will quickly turn into a crop top (which would be comical) if you're taller than about 5'8". I think it would work for a men's medium and large as well. Other than that, I'm surprised by the quality and appearance of this, especially since it was only $25. Usually costumes are disappointing when I open them - either because they don't look like the photo, the quality is visibly terrible, or they don't include all the necessary component but I was impressed by this. The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my Sisters Baby Shower. It was at her house, she has a difficult/tricky driveway. We had her FUN friend wear it to direct & park traffic! It was absolutely PERFECT! Anyone who called- Texted Regarding the directions were told “look for the dancing baby”. It made it easy & got everyone’s attention. Bought this to use as a goofy gimmick for an event. It definitely got the job done! The costume runs a bit small, so recommend sizing up. Even then, had to use an undershirt since the top is quite short. Bottoms were fine, fit large and puffy almost like a real diaper. Comes with the top, diaper/bottom, oversized safety pin and bonnet. After some time, the safety pin did start to bend and popped off. Maybe not the best quality costume out there. May get a second use out of it. Deducted one star for quality and size, but again, it did what I was hoping so overall happy. Read more

So I am Daddy with dancing girls. There is a Dad dance every year and guess who got to play the part of a dancing baby? Yep me. And yes, I should be nominated for Dad of the year, buy I digress. I found it surprisingly difficult to find a quality adult costume diaper? After much research (probably like you are doing now), I decided for this one. I was super happy I did. This diaper did NOT fall down - IMPORTANT. This diaper was large enough to go over my underwear. This diaper came with a LARGE diaper pin, that did make the outfit complete. It has a comfortable elastic waist and elastic around the legs (read no gapping or peek-a-boo - IMPORTANT). It was a real hit.
