I appreciate the effort the customer service representative put into resolving the delivery issues I experienced with the chain. When I received it, however, it didn't quite match my expectations. Although it was marked as the same size as my original chain, it turned out to be shorter. Additionally, the clamp didn't fit through the pendant loop, which was disappointing. While the chain has a nice color and thickness that could appeal to someone else, it ultimately didn't meet my needs. I ended up having to visit the mall to find the right chain.
