I bought color #6 because I have very pale lips. The underlying natural color of my lips is almost a bluish or blue-grey, and I rarely wear lipstick, so I look terrible naturally lol I wanted something that was easy to apply without a mirror, moisturizing, and most importantly, natural looking while being just a teensy bit darker. Basically what I WISH my lips looked like without lipstick. This color #6 is perfect for that! It’s just slightly sticky feeling, but I prefer that to being too slick. It’s a small tube, 4.5” long and about 0.5” wide, but it’s not any smaller than other glosses that are the same price, at least in my experience. First, I'll talk about the gloss itself. It's somewhere between a tinted gloss and a lipstick; it's definitely got opaque color to it, but it feels and behaves like a lip gloss. Sticky, moisturizing-feeling, and doesn't stay on for very long. It is NOT plumping, which I consider a good thing, since I hate that burning feel that plumping glosses have. Color wise, I got the perfect "no makeup" shade for me, which I find bland makeup-wise but I guess it works well as a moisturizer. It's not nearly as glossy as the product photos make it look either. However, now on to my many questions. Even though this feels moisturizing, the ingredients list doesn't appear to include the shea butter or olive oil promised in the listing. Also, I have no idea what color I actually received. It is nowhere on the packaging and doesn't match any of the photos in the listing. Is this the gloss I actually ordered? Was there a mixup with the listings? Who knows. I guess if you get lucky enough to get the shade you want, and don't mind the lack of shea and olive oil, this is a decent lip color for you. Read more

I really like this lip gloss. Surprisingly, some lip glosses actually dry out my lips but this one doesn’t at all. My lips feel protected and moisturized without feeling heavy, sticky or oily. It has no discernible taste or smell. I found myself reapplying this gloss with about the same frequency as others I use. I ordered two different shades of this gloss - #5 pictured in my review and #13. Both are very slight tints that enhance my natural lip color. This gloss, #5, brings out the peachy pink tones of my lips while #13 brings out more of the pinkish-browns. But side by side on my lips, I could barely tell them apart. These lip glosses do add color, but very little. Again, it’s more of an enhancement to your natural color rather than any change in color. They add a nice shine, but it’s not as shiny as in the listing photos. I like that it’s not super shiny because I think it looks more natural for everyday wear, including my makeup-free days. Although it says it in the listing title, this isn’t a plumping lip gloss. Personally, I’m okay with this because plumping lip glosses are just irritating the lips to get that effect and I’d rather protect my lips from chapping and irritation. If you order this lip gloss and like the color you get, get a permanent marker and write the number on the tube because it isn’t identified anywhere on the tube or packaging.
