I am a 6"4" female that wears a size men's 14 or women's 16. I got this in a 16 & was worried about them running small but they are WONDERFUL! These are a tad larger & more roomy than the typical size 16 and I am GRATEFUL (especially since they are true pull on style - you don't want them too tight). They are easy to get off and on.
