My hand measures 7 1/4" from the bottom to the tip of my middle finger so I got the the medium size. Fits snug but not too tight, feels right. I was able to do a three hour ride and no issues with sore spots, blisters, or cramps (thumb throttle). Works very nice with phone screen too as a bonus. Read more
