I love this door lock! I love all the ways you can unlock it. You can use fingerprint, code, phone app, card , or key. You can even unlock it with your voice using a Google speaker.. I looked at a lot of different locks and this was the cheapest one with the most options. At first the fingerprint unlock didn't work very good, I had to keep pressing it over and over and It would get really get annoying to the poin twhere I was even thinking about taking it off! I thought it was a piece of crap until I read the little inserted paper that has tips for making it work better and programed the same finger several times instead of other fingers and it now unlocks everytime!!! I love the way it looks and it keeps my kids out of my bedroom when I'm not home. I can even give them a one time code to unlock it if I'm not home and they need to get in there for something. Is perfect for an apartment. Seems to be good quality so far. Easy to setup. However, sometimes it stays not in an upward position and we have to move it from inside out. It works perfectly at the moment and the value for money is great. Not sure about the safety yet. Read more

Doesnt lock! The website said to check if I had the always unlock feature on... I looked in the app for auto lock auto on timer on timer off I looked for this everywhere...the app is pretty basic it doesnt have many settings so there isnt many places that particular setting could be hiding.... I cant find it ....its 3 am and im outside in my pjays changing a lock ...thank goodness my dog had to use the potty or I would have slept believing my front door was secured and locked.... I scanned the qr code for customers service but thats an email and im not waiting 10 20 minute for a reply.... I thought this would be pretty simple to install...and maybe a bit of work getting to know the app... im frustrated I dont want to deal with trouble shooting in a voice call at 3 am that would probably take an hour or so ..... it took me 10 minutes to put my dead bolt back in ....im going to return this it just doesnt want to lock ....
