Good fit, but there are metal bars in this vest!
This was almost a great weighted vest. The overall fit is good and I like that a lot of the weight is built into the straps. The only problem is that there are four pockets that have little metal bars of 1 pounds each. They are rectangular metal bars. They go into pockets and can be removed to adjust the weight. But the metal is, well, metal and you can feel it a little if you do any jumping running type movement. It would have been better if they were sandbags instead of metal bars. I'm going to keep this because I use it for mostly stationary low impact/movement exercise. Read more
